Into the Wild

Into-the-coldErnesto took this picture of us, enjoying the cool waves at Albandeira beach. Swimming is most exiting when the water is wild. Exposing the body to harsh conditions induces brown fat, which generates heat. It boosts mental focus and decreases inflammation. Makes you feel good and sleep better. We are learning the Wim Hof method from Anders and through an online course.

Hot friends

HotFriendsErnesto and Alexander arrived, and Anders from Sweden. He wants to be the first to swim across the Baltic sea. He studied breath control with Iceman Wim Hof, who holds 26 world records, including sitting in icewater. The cold is your hot friend he says. More energy and health, and you can learn it too!
